Vitalii is the leader of the sports ministry, which he founded in 2015. He is also the leader of the Bible group, a preacher, a member of the church council and one of the leaders of the Good Shepherd Community Church in Rivne, Ukraine.
Vitalii graduated from the Precept Ministries Institute of Inductive Bible Study and the School of Biblical Preaching.
He has a wonderful wife, Olia, and two beautiful daughters.
