Maksym Rakovych is an intercultural communications specialist and a life trainer committed to life of learning God’s eternal principles and intricacies of life’s interconnections manifested in God’s word and translated into our daily lives, nature and human relationships, and training others in dedication to the beauty of God’s mission. 

Maksym’s love of knowledge and curiosity constantly drives him to master old and learn new truths about the principles of provident living, healthy organization and leadership in personal and corporate life. Besides the Bible, among Maksim’s other passions are the study of biblical archeology, various modern-day cultures and history of modern Western civilization, international economics, and finance. Maksim’s inclination to entrepreneurial business makes him a great enthusiast and supporter of various small business initiatives, especially those capable to make an impact for God’s Kingdom. 

Maksym is happily married to his wife Olena, and together they raise and train their team of four: Katya, Mark, Bohdan and Chris - to know, to love and to follow the Lord. His family moved from Ukraine to Columbia, MO in 2022 and is currently participating in the life of the local church in Columbia as they continue to encourage their friends in US to help those brothers and sisters in Ukraine who are committed to fulfillment of the Great Commission even in the conditions of the ongoing war. 

Maksym holds master’s degree in engineering, business administration and bachelor’s degree in theology. He is currently a part of the global train team with SALT and working on developing company manuals on technical service procedures and performing on-job personnel training for a small private company in Columbia, MO area.
