FROM THE FIELD: Advocating for Our Church Planters

As Christians, we have no choice but to be advocates. Submission to Christ in all things means that our lives are lives of advocacy. After all, it was Jesus himself who tells his followers to care for the least of these (Matt. 25:40), and it was Jesus himself who was our Great Advocate when we were dead in our trespasses and sins (read all of Ephesians 2, if you dare).
I am thankful that SALT Ukraine is working hard to advocate for our church planters in Ukraine. It is not our work. It is their work. It is these men, and their families and their churches, who are giving their lives to serve the broken and the needy of this crisis. I am so proud of these men that I can hardly stand it.
Now it's time to be even louder advocates for them. To raise money for them. To help make sure they have the resources necessary for the relief they are bringing to the people of Ukraine.
